Think deeply about your identity. The truth is, you are not a progressive, a conservative, a moderate, or a radical—nor are you confined to any other political label. These are words meant for ideas, not for people. Your mind is so complex, unique, and diverse that it cannot be trapped within a noun or an adjective. Defining yourself by a specific political identity is like carrying a heavy burden, one that hinders learning and discovering new perspectives. The moment you put down this burden, you will find it much easier to embrace new ideas, making life freer and less stressful.
Now, think—are there any individuals or groups you despise? Do you feel deep resentment toward anyone? Remember, this hatred is almost always an illusion created by your Primitive Mind. The truth is, you don’t have to love everyone, but when you find yourself consumed by hatred or disgust for someone, you have fallen into the trap of human irrationality. Free your mind, let go of resentment, and learn to experience life with greater depth and clarity.
