Walking on the road, I see many things, Souls in prison, while hopes take wings. Some dreams are guarded deep in the eyes, Some are let go, deemed by wisdom wise. People laugh, cry, rejoice, and regret, While some are alone, their hearts upset. Doors are shut, fearing the world outside, While others open, emotions untied. A voice calls for help, hurt by false care, Too many masks, one face to bear. Each one the same, yet chasing their goal, Some seek love, some joy, some freedom of soul. And there I stand, lost in the dearth, My own soul whispers, "What is my worth?" ©Tale Keepers

White SOMETHING I LOOK AT-208 BY-SMRUTI RANJAN MOHANTY DAY AFTER-4 What matters Are not your material possessions The money you have accumulated The chairs you occupied But the people you have earned Whose moments you shared The people you like And love to be with It is nothing but the bonding That makes life so beautiful And worth living Man lives in relationships Without it, life becomes a burden The biggest tragedy to live with Coming out of a zone Does not mean coming out of a relationship Then why are you so scared? Does leaving the place mean Leaving the people you love? They are where they were In the heart of your heart You have them with you Though with you they may not be Separation leads to yearning And yearning lets you realise How much you miss and How the people you love Matter in your life It is longing that lets you know How intense the relationship is Your love, affection and concern for others Are your biggest strength As well as your greatest weakness Let these not be for your happiness But for the smile of the people you love And their betterment Love is like that Never asks anything for self Let your love never be your bondage But reasons for your emancipation. White SOMETHING I LOOK AT-300 BY-SMRUTI RANJAN MOHANTY Just for a few seconds, or at best a minute, look at me that will surely make my day worth living I will not ask for more I know how precious is time of yours Just a few seconds, a few seconds only that will make the old man dance and smile once more Hope a few seconds may not cost you much if it relates to someone's cheer and tears, anxiety and concern. Someone whose only desire is to see you at the top, to see you move on with a smile and grace on life's lonely corridor If I do not deserve it, a simple gesture which will let me go through my uneventful day and night, why shall I be here, for whom shall I be, better if I wither away forever Each relationship is a beautiful relationship, one does not need to name and define it. It may not be between brother and sister, father and daughter, lover and beloved, but It can be as fulfilling and gratifying as any other relationship provided we know how to live and carry it.
