Natural Disaster
Vultures pecking at a carcass
Wolves devouring their prey
A shark swallowing a fish whole
Without you I feel like this every day
My heart will soon begin to decay
Losing a lifetime savings on a bet
Dropping a wedding ring in the lake
Breaking a collarbone in three places
Now you're gone I feel the same way
My soul is missing, and hurts to say
Speaking but no sound will come out
Thinking but only in jumbled jargon
Feeling but the emotion is loneliness
You left and I'm an incoherent mess
Rambling and babbling, full of stress
The aftermath of an F5 hurricane
The remnants after a lava flow
The remains left after an earthquake
Like a natural disaster, my heartbreak
I'm not sure how much more I can take
