Why? When I wake in the morning You are still what I see Laying there so pretty Yet why couldn't it be? And when I start my day You are there with me All my wonderful thoughts Still it wasn't meant to be When I'm with my friends They hear my plea I am still wondering Why it never was to be? Memories of you embedded Grew in me like a tree But I will never understand What never came to be ©Schizology
