How much water do you drink?
A healthy adult needs around 35 ml of water each day per kilogram of body weight . At least according to the general guidelines from scientific organisations.
Simply multiply your current body weight with 0.035, so if you are 60 kg, 60 x 0.035 = 2.1 Litres
